Conifer

CONIFER member company workers to vote on new collective agreement.

Your United Steelworkers BC Interior Bargaining Committee and the Council on Northern Interior Forest Employment Relations (CONIFER) have reached a tentative four-year agreement, covering some 2,000 USW Local 1-424 and Local 1-425 members employed at sawmilling and planing operations in northern British Columbia. Your BC Interior Bargaining Committee strongly recommends that members employed by CONIFER members companies vote yes for this agreement.

Contact your local union office for location and time of upcoming ratification meetings.
